This seven-story St. Louis Board of Education building has been converted into 47 luxury apartments and lofts, including five multi-level penthouse suites. Originally designed by Isaac Taylor in the neo classical Romanesque Revival Style, The building still maintains its Art Deco interior finishes, including vaulted 16 ft ceilings.

The building is located in the historic Old Post Office District downtown. All residential units have exclusive access to a private on-site fitness center, and a sky bridge connecting the building to the reserved residential parking.
